Meet Jamie Krakow

Jamie leverages her 25 years of professional experience as a versatile and strategic business operations leader with expertise managing all back-office functions including HR, payroll, finance, administration and legal. Jamie has always used a collaborative approach, cultivating mutually beneficial relationships with executives, front-line staff, clients, vendors and other key stakeholders. Known by her peers and former bosses as an innovative problem solver, Jamie focuses on continuous improvement and growth, including utilizing automation initiatives and offshored resources, to enhance efficiencies and productivity. She has a reputation for leading teams and initiatives to advance company goals and identifying and recruiting top talent.

SPHR and SHRM-SPC certified, Jamie is skilled at the full suite of HR functions having plied her trade in various industries and business sectors. Her HR experience in recruitment and onboarding, employee relations, policies and procedures, performance management and training, is supplemented by her skills managing administration, insurance, finance and legal functions in growing businesses. Jamie successfully managed staff in remote locations both nationally and internationally, long before most companies were focused on remote workforces.

Jamie has an extensive background doing volunteer work including two decades with the Susan G. Komen organization, culminating in a one-year stint as Race Co-Chair for the Philadelphia Race for the Cure, serving as Vice President of her condo association, and a founding member and SHRM Liaison for Tulane University’s MJ Labor and Employment Law Alumni Association. She also gives back to the HR community serving as a Subject Matter Expert for SHRM exam development initiatives and a serves on the Membership Committee of the Philadelphia SHRM chapter.

Jamie received a B.S. in Business Management from University of Phoenix and a Master of Jurisprudence in Labor and Employment Law from Tulane University’s School of Law.
